Getting started
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”EuroPlaybook has no passwords. You enter your e-mail address and receive a code by e-mail. Owners and admins also turn on a second step with an authenticator app.
Add your company
Section titled “Add your company”- Create an account. The account is your workspace, for example “Demo Garden”.
- Add your company under Organisation › Companies & brands: name, country, registry number (for example the Dutch KvK number) and VAT number.
- More than one company (for example one in the Netherlands and one in Belgium)? Add them all. Obligations apply per company.
Invite your team
Section titled “Invite your team”Under Settings › Team you invite colleagues or your accountant. Everyone gets a role:

| Owner | Everything, including reopening locked figures. |
| Admin | Edit data, approve reports, manage members, export, connections and API keys. |
| Member | Edit and upload products, packaging and sales data. No export. |
| Accountant | View, lock figures and export the account. |
| Read-only | View only. |
Bring in your products and sales. Shopify is the quickest: connect Shopify. You can also upload files: import files.
